A little about me

Manager Stephanie Richardson, like her mother, Rooney’s owner Sandy Waters, started working in the restaurant business at a very early age. Having been literally raised in the business, Stephanie has learned how to make every diner’s experience unique and enjoyable. 

As Manager, Stephanie oversees daily operations, leads the front-of-house team, and works to ensure every guest leaves with a smile. She sets the tone for service standards, supports her staff’s growth, and keeps the warm, neighborhood atmosphere that Rooney’s regulars know and love.

While Rooney’s prides itself on being the neighborhood restaurant with the casual family fare, Stephanie is not afraid to make a change to delight patrons in new and novel ways. She prides herself on bringing in new menu items, entertainment features, and drink specials to enrich a customer’s experience. With her talent and flair for marketing, she never misses a chance to share the Rooney’s message of fun, food, and family.
